Request to withdraw a complaint

Once you’ve filled out your form electronically, click the “Print to PDF” button at the end of this page. This will allow you to save a PDF version of your completed form to your desktop or mobile device. You must then email us your completed form.

Important

Withdrawing a complaint means that you discontinue (end) the Tribunal’s inquiry. Your file(s) will be closed, the Tribunal won’t hold or complete the hearing, and it won’t make a decision about your complaint.

If you withdraw against one, but not all, the respondents named in your complaint, the Tribunal’s inquiry will continue against the remaining respondents. See the Tribunal’s Practice Direction on Requests to Withdraw a Complaint for more information.
