Transparency: We make our decisions, hearings and processes open and available to the public.

Accessibility: We aim to make sure all parties can meaningfully access our process and understand it. We’re working to make sure that we clearly explain our decisions and that they are easy to read.

Fairness and independence: Our members are independent, impartial and neutral and make sure all parties are heard.

Professionalism: We aim to consistently provide high quality and professional mediation and decision-making service.  

Code of Conduct
